Moorhead police are close to wrapping up their investigation into last month's bomb scare near the Target store.
A backpack with the word "bomb" was left inside a bus shelter along Highway 10. Moorhead police Lt. Brad Penas tells KFGO news that police have a good idea who's responsible.
Penas says, "We have identified people that were in the area prior to the occurance that may have had access to the item in question."
Traffic was diverted while the bomb squad used robots to open the package. Police say it contained some personal items and food.
