FARGO - Cheers erupted as groundbreaking ceremonies were held for the new Sanford Health Medical Center at the corner of Interstate-94 and Veterans Boulevard in Fargo.
It was a celebration with about 15,000 Sanford employees and their friends showing up.
There were fireworks and a concert by the multiple Grammy winning group "Train."
