FARGO - A Fargo lawmaker says he thinks its time for the legislature to review mental health services across the state.


State Senator Tim Mathern, of Fargo, says policymakers need to realize that mental health issues are no different than other illnesses.


Mathern says mental health services are in high demand in the oil patch.
