The executive director of the Bluestem Center for the Arts in Moorhead is the second Democrat to announce running for the legislative seat of retiring Republican State Representative Morrie Lanning of Moorhead.

The executive director of the Bluestem Center for the Arts in Moorhead is the second Democrat to announce running for the legislative seat of retiring Republican State Representative Morrie Lanning of Moorhead.


Sue Wiger will run in the August primary against Ben Lien.


Two Republicans, Travis Reimche and Ken Lucier, will also square off in the primary.
