One Dead Following Farm Accident In Erhard, Minn.

Otter Tail County authorities responded to a farm accident east of Erhard, Minn. Sunday night.

At approximately 6 p.m., deputies found an adult male and a juvenile female pinned beneath a tractor.

The man, identified as 53-year old Dennis Kubitz of rural Erhard, was dead at the scene. The girl was treated and released from the Fergus Falls hospital.

According to investigators, the tractor was being used to mow the edge of the driveway on a steep ditch when it rolled.
