The driver of a pick-up who caused a deadly wrong-way crash on Interstate-94 near Jamestown earlier this month had a blood-alcohol level more than three times the limit for driving.

The driver of a pick-up who caused a deadly wrong-way crash on Interstate-94, near Jamestown, earlier this month had a blood-alcohol level more than three times the limit for driving.
The ND State Patrol says 28-year-old Wyatt Klein's blood alcohol level was .25.
Klein died in the wreck as did those in the car, a family from West Fargo.
Aaron Deutcher, 34, his 36-year-old wife Allison and their 18-month-old daughter were killed. The July 6th collision happened about 30 miles west of Jamestown.
Paul Jurgens
