WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) - The Richland County Commission has voted to hire an engineer to determine the structural integrity of the historic armory in Wahpeton.
 
The outcome of the assessment could decide whether the building will be resurrected or condemned.
 
The inspection is slated to cost between $1,500 and $3,000.
