Wis. Crash That Killed Minn. Couple Has Third Victim

A head-on crash that killed a Stillwater couple in Wisconsin has now claimed a third victim.

 

 

 

 

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A head-on crash that killed a Stillwater couple in Wisconsin has now claimed a third victim.

Randy Tape, 51, of Prescott, Wis., has died from injuries he received in last weekend's crash. The Wisconsin State Patrol says he died Wednesday at the hospital.

The crash happened May 20 on Highway 35 in Pierce County, Wis. Police say a 2008 Chevy Malibu was driving northbound when it struck a 1994 Chevy Lumina head-on.

Two people in the Malibu died. They were 72-year-old Richard Erwin Skare and 71-year-old Irene Ruth Skare of Stillwater.

A Hastings woman is the only survivor.
