Stolen Safe Recovered Search Continues For Thief

A safe stolen earlier this month from a business west of Wahpeton has been recovered.

A safe stolen earlier this month from a business west of Wahpeton has been recovered.


The safe, containing money, was stolen from Machine Design Incorporated.


It was found in the Wahpeton area.


The small, tan colored safe had been peeled open.


The Richland County sheriff's office is still working to figure out who stole the safe, and is asking for any information on suspicious activity or vehicles that may be connected to the crime.
