Two Arrested On Drug Charges In Otter Tail County

Otter Tail County deputies arrested two men Thursday night after a witness saw the duo shooting out of a vehicle.

 

 

 

 

Otter Tail County deputies arrested two men Thursday night after a witness saw the duo shooting out of a vehicle.

Michael Hallisey, 20, of Fergus Falls, and Marcus Bladow, 19, whose address is not known, were arrested on drug charges with other charges possible.

A witness chased the suspects into Fergus Falls, Minn., where police with guns drawn stopped the vehicle.

It is believed the two were shooting at black birds and towards trees.

Deputies found a rifle and shotgun cased and unloaded in the trunk of the car. They also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
