A Moorhead man has been arrested and is facing burglary and property damage charges for trashing the home of his ex-girlfriend in Felton, Minn.

A Moorhead man has been arrested and is facing burglary and property damage charges for trashing the home of his ex-girlfriend in Felton, Minn.

Michael Penn is accused of turning on a garden hose and flooding the woman's home. The water went through duct work and into the basement.

A Clay County sheriff's investigator said food was taken out of the refrigerator, kitchen utensils were tossed around and glass objects, including an aquarium, were smashed. Paint was also dumped in the home.
