Heavy rains in western North Dakota have flooded some streets in Dickinson.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Heavy rains in western North Dakota have flooded some streets in Dickinson.
 
A police dispatcher said Thursday afternoon that the rising water has since subsided.
 
The National Weather Service in Bismarck says a front across the western Dakotas was bringing showers and thunderstorms into the area through Thursday night.
 
Some storms produced hail and heavy rain.
