Sobriety Checkpoint Called Off

A sobriety checkpoint previously announced by Fargo Police for this past week did not take place.

A sobriety checkpoint previously announced by Fargo Police for this past week did not take place.


According to police, it was raining at the time the checkpoint had been planned and officer safety was a consideration in the decision to cancel it.


The North Dakota Highway Patrol and Cass County deputies were scheduled to take part.
