Level 3 Sex Offender Moves To Moorhead

A high risk sex offender who once listed his address as the Red River near downtown Fargo because he could not find a place to live has moved to Moorhead.

 

 

 

 

A high risk sex offender who once listed his address as the Red River near downtown Fargo because he could not find a place to live has moved to Moorhead.

Jesse James Syverson is living in the 700 block of 8th Street South.

Syverson has a history of possessing child pornography.
