A Grand Forks, N.D. man has been cited following a two-vehicle crash in Grand Forks early Monday morning.


According to police, 74-year-old John Hughes was exiting Interstate 29 at Gateway Drive and failed to yield. His pickup hit another truck, causing it to roll.


No one was seriously hurt.
