MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - The National Weather Service in Minnesota is warning that forecasted heavy rains could cause flash flooding in parts of Minnesota and western Wisconsin, and flooding in some Minnesota rivers.
Heavy rainfall in recent days in many parts of both states, has left the ground saturated and rivers swelling.
Both flash flood watches and river flood warnings are in effect for parts of Minnesota.
