Derby Girls Theft Suspect In Court

A woman accused of stealing from the Fargo-Moorhead Derby Girls while she was the group's treasurer has pleaded not guilty to felony theft of property.

A woman accused of stealing from the Fargo-Moorhead Derby Girls while she was the group's treasurer has pleaded not guilty to felony theft of property.


According to prosecutors, Louise Jauss stole more than $13,000, but an outside accountant said she took more than $21,000.


Jauss appeared in Cass County Court on Thursday.
