ND Woman Charged In Drug Deaths Of 2 Other Women

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) - A 49-year-old Devils Lake woman faces drug charges in connection with the deaths of two other women.

Patsy Owlboy is due in court Sept. 6 to enter pleas to two counts of delivering a controlled substance. She could face up to 20 years in prison on each count if convicted. Her attorney did not immediately respond to an Associated Press request for comment on Monday.

Owlboy is accused of supplying hydrocodone to 56-year-old Martha Littlewind and 52-year-old Roberta Bell, both of whom died in April.
