Fargo Police Find Child In Locked Car

Fargo police smashed a car window Friday morning after a report that a child was in a locked car with the windows up in the parking lot of Walmart on 13th Avenue.

 

 

 

 

Fargo police smashed a car window Friday morning after a report that a child was in a locked car with the windows up in the parking lot of Walmart on 13th Avenue.

Lieutenant Joel Vettel said officers found the four-year-old was unresponsive and decided there wasn't time to wait for a locksmith and broke a window.

According to Vettel, the child appears to be okay.

The mother was found. Cass County Social Services is investigating.
