EXCELSIOR, Minn. (AP) Some 1,000 people are expected to welcome the New Year with a chilly plunge into Lake Minnetonka.
The 23rd annual ALARC Ice Dive gets under way at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Bayview Event Center in Excelsior.
