Alonna Norberg is suing her husband for medical malpractice. The wife of Fargo surgeon Jon Norberg filed the suit, just days after a jury found him not guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting her.

Alonna Norberg is seeking more than $50,000 in damages.

Jon Norberg says the lawsuit surprises him given the evidence brought forth during his trial on criminal charges of gross sexual imposition and reckless endangerment.
