GRAFTON, N.D. (AP) - A jury has acquitted a North Dakota man accused of slipping a sleep-inducing sedative into a co-worker's coffee.

Forty-four-year-old Richard Sanchez, of Ardoch, was charged with felony reckless endangerment.

Authorities say the drugs made the co-worker sleepy and created an unsafe work environment.

Sanchez was working at the Forest River Bean Co. in Park River at the time of the alleged incident.

The jury returned a not guilty verdict after a two-day trial in Grafton.
