A Fargo man accused of murdering his wife will be undergoing more mental health treatment.
A judge ordered Henry Deniger, 50, to spend up to 90 days at the state hospital in Jamestown until he's fit to proceed with the case. Deniger has been at the hospital since September.
He faces up to life in prison without parole if found guilty of fatally stabbing his 52 year old wife, Kathye. Her body was found in the couple's south Fargo apartment on Mar. 6th.
