Life in Oslo, Minnesota is slowly getting back to normal after being without water since the weekend.

Life in Oslo, Minnesota is slowly getting back to normal after being without water since the weekend.

A new watermain is in place and service is being restored.

Crews have been testing the pipe. that has resulted in low water pressure and the community remains under a "boil" order.

But the water is safe for bathing and washing clothes.
