Man Facing Charges After Fleeing Police

A Fargo man with a lengthy criminal history is in jail again after fleeing police.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo man with a lengthy criminal history is in jail again after fleeing police.

29-year old Kyle Belgarde is facing a number of charges including reckless driving, driving under suspension and fleeing.

Police were asked to remove Belgarde from Hooters restaurant last night where he was yelling racial slurs at customers and staff.

He ran from officers and took off in a car, speeding on 13th avenue without headlights.

He lost police in West Fargo.

He was later spotted and arrested in north Fargo.

After being taken into custody, he kicked out a squad car window.
