Fargo Man Sentenced For Construction Site Thefts

A Fargo man has been sentenced for burglarizing home construction sites.

FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A Fargo man has been sentenced for burglarizing home construction sites.   

Jeremy Tibiatowski, 34, will serve three years in prison and be on probation for five years after that. 

Prosecutors say Tibiatowski and Jason Leines, 35, stole equipment worth more than $10,000, mostly from home construction sites in the Fargo area.

Leines was sentenced earlier to five years in prison and five years of probation.
