Semi Rolls, One Injured

A semi truck driver was injured near Oakes yesterday afternoon when his rig rolled over, spilling its load of fertilizer.

A semi truck driver was injured near Oakes yesterday afternoon when his rig rolled over, spilling its load of fertilizer.

62-year old James Mooney of Hillsboro was taken to the Oakes hospital. his condition is not available.

The highway patrol says his truck drifted on the shoulder of the highway and mooney over-corrected and it rolled.

Highway 1 was closed for about an hour for clean-up. the crash remains under investigation.
