Teenager Injured In West Fargo Shooting

A Fargo man is facing charges after a teenager was accidentally shot in the foot.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo man is facing charges after a teenager was accidentally shot in the foot.

It happened at Brookwood Mobile Home Court in West Fargo around 2:30 Saturday morning.

Sergeant Jason Dura says the injuries to the 17-year old girl, who's seven-months pregnant, are not believed to be life-threatening.

Cody Pankowski, 25, was arrested for reckless endangerment and carrying a concealed weapon.

Dura says Pankowski had been drinking. Police believe the shooting was accidental.
