Rybak To Lobby On Gun Reform

Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak is headed to Washington, D.C. this week to discuss gun control reform with members of congress.

Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak is headed to Washington, D.C. this week to discuss gun control reform with members of congress.

Rybak says he has some new ideas after last Thursday's regional gun summit in Minnesota.

Rybak says Washington may be gridlocked, but our communities are deeply in need of help when it comes to reducing gun violence.

He's calling for repeal of the Tiahrt Amendments which restrict the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives from sharing gun trace data with local and state authorities.
