Moorhead has issued a "Snow Removal Declaration" in the Blue District near MSUM, Concordia, and Eventide.

That means on Thursday, there is no parking during the day in front of even number addresses, which would be the north and east sides of avenues and streets.

On Friday, there is no parking in front of odd number addresses--which would be along south and west sides of roads.

Signs are posted--make sure you pay attention for those.

Violators will be towed.

130 vehicles were impounded last month after a storm.

Owners had to pay $95 to get their vehicles back.
