Man Arrested After Moorhead Police Chase

A Moorhead man was arrested following a low-speed pursuit.

It happened 1600 block of 11th street south just before 1:30 this morning.

Sergeant Rob Matheson says the man bailed out of his car and took off on foot.

The man struggled with an officer who was trying to arrest him, and had to be tased.

33-year old Justin Carr is facing charges of DUI, felony fleeing, and fleeing on foot.
