Dilworth To Investigate Police Chief

The Dilworth City Council has decided to hire a law firm to investigate the allegations against police chief Josh Ebert.

 

 

 

 

The Dilworth City Council has decided to hire a law firm to investigate the allegations against police chief Josh Ebert.

During a closed door meeting, the council voted to hire Pemberton Law firm out of Fergus Falls to assist with the allegations against Ebert.

Last month, some police officers presented the council with a "no confidence" statement, hoping to force Ebert out.

The city council and city attorney declined to comment.

Ebert says he has hired an attorney.
