Bond Set For Clay County Crash Suspect

Bond for 25-year-old Brianna Pallotta was set at $80,000 without conditions, or $50,000 with conditions.

A Minot woman involved in a fiery head-on crash near Moorhead made a court appearance today. Bond for 25-year-old Brianna Pallotta was set at $80,000 without conditions, or $50,000 with conditions. Pallotta is charged with two counts of criminal vehicular operation and two counts of felony DWI.

Clay County Attorney Brian Melton said Pallotta's criminal history makes her a flight risk. Pallotta has prior convictions for minor consuming, theft, fleeing and escape.

Pallotta collided with a car driven by 83-year-old Nolan Underlee of Hendrum. Underlee and his wife Doris were injured in the crash October 9th.
