Police in Fargo-Moorhead are investigating the passing of counterfeit cash. Two men have been arrested.
Fargo Deputy Police Chief Pat Claus says several counterfeits have been passed at businesses in recent days. Police and Red River "Swat" served a search warrant on a home at 1401 1st ave. No. in Fargo as part of the investigation.
They arrested two men living in the house, Terry Higdem, 32 and Nicholas Seeley, 32.
Claus says its believed the two have been making fake $1, $5, $10 and $20s since about Dec. 31.
He says businesses and individuals should closely examine their bills to determine if any of it is counterfeit.
