Man Arrested in Otter Tail County Assault

An Underwood, Minnesota man was arrested for attacking another man and his car.

An Underwood, Minnesota man was arrested for attacking another man and his car.

27-year old Nicholas Nickter is facing assault charges.

Otter Tail County authorities say he attacked another man and then smashed the headlights and windshield on the man's vehicle, and slashed the tires with a knife.
