SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - South Dakota transportation officials have reopened all stretches of Interstate 90 that were closed due to a weekend snow storm, but a large stretch of Interstate 29 in the eastern part of the state remains closed.

Many schools in the Aberdeen area are starting classes late on Monday. Aberdeen got just under 8 inches of snow on Saturday, breaking a 51-year-old city record for the date.
