Plows and sanders are out this morning after light snow and light rain overnight.
Most highways are reported in "fair" driving condition with scattered icy spots and glazed road surfaces in some area's.
There's also some slush build-up.
Temperatures rose overnight.
Fargo hit 36 at 3:00 this morning, but as temps drop, travel conditions will likely not improve.
Halstad based Red River Valley Cooperative Power Association says strong winds and ice laden transmission lines are blamed for causing trcausing scattered power outages last night in the Glyndon, Downer and Barnesville areas.
