Looks like we have some potentially rough weather again about to invade the region, with the worst of it to the north of the Fargo-Moorhead area.
A "Blizzard Warning" is in effect for the Devils Lake area, extending eastward into parts of northwestern Minnesota.
Some of the communities involved in the "Blizzard Warning include: Devils Lake, Langdon, Cando, Cooperstown, New Rockford, Hallock, Grafton, Crookston and Grand Forks, extending as far south as the Finley and Mayville areas.
Snow--heavy at times--possible in the "Blizzard Warning" areas.
The weather service says two-to-11 inches are possible before it's over Monday night.
A little to the east, the Roseau and Thief River Falls area are in a "Winter Storm Warning".
But that's not all.
A "Winter Weather Advisory" is in effect for the southern valley to include the Fargo-Moorhead, Valley City, Wahpeton-Breckenridge Lisbon, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls and Bemidji areas to name a few.
We're only looking for light snow around here, but strong, gusty northwesterly winds, are expected---causing perhaps significant blowing and drifting.
What's more, temperatures are likely to fall, producing wind-chills in the 15-to-25-below range Monday afternoon.
