A special panel is being assembled to determine whether a Fargo judge should be held responsible for judicial conduct-related charges.
The North Dakota Supreme Court's judicial conduct commission filed the complaint against Judge Wickham Corwin. Corwin is accused of creating a hostile work environment and trying to start an affair with a female court reporter.
Assistant disciplinary counsel Brent Edison says the case will be decided by a panel made up of one judge, one attorney and two non-attorney citizens.
Corwin is denying the accusations. He's asking that the charges be dismissed.
Edison says Corwin's hearing will likely take place in the coming months.
