Man Arrested On Burglary Charges In Cass County

A Binford, N.D. man is in the Cass County Jail, facing charges following his arrest early Monday morning.

 

 

 

 

A Binford, N.D. man is in the Cass County Jail, facing charges following his arrest early Monday morning.

A deputy found Scott Bakke, 37, holding a pair of binoculars, passed out behind the wheel of his car, at an I-94 exit west of West Fargo.

Chief Deputy Jim Thoreson tells KFGO News that Bakke's car contained "a number of items" believed to have been stolen in recent burglaries in the area.

The car was impounded as investigators determine who owns the items.

Bakke was arrested for DUI, and possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
