Employees at a Downtown Fargo Restaurant were attacked and beaten by a stranger.
Police say a man walked into Mezzaluna, 309 Roberts Street around 8:45 pm Friday, said "how's it going" and then started punching restaurant employees including a woman, before workers were able to hold him down while police were called.
As officers were handcuffing the man, he fought with officers.
Kurtis Harrington,45, is facing charges of simple assault and resisting a police officer.
Sargeant Jim Kringlie says restaurant staff don't know Harrington and have no idea why he attacked them. Harrington had been seen outside the restaurant earlier, looking into the windows.
There were no serious injuries. Harrington has no permanent address.
