Fargo Police Investigating Sexual Assault Report At Davies High School.

Fargo police are investigating claims a female student was attacked and then sexually assaulted by another student at Davies High School.

 

 

 

 

Fargo police are investigating claims a female student was attacked and then sexually assaulted by another student at Davies High School. The incident happened in the main entry of the school at release time Monday afternoon.

Lt. Joel Vettel tells KFGO News, it started as an argument between a 16-year old girl and her 18-year old boyfriend and then turned violent. Vettel says the male knocked the girl to the ground and she was assaulted. He says the victim has injuries consistant with that.

Her clothes were then ripped and she claims he grabbed her breasts. Another student managed to seperate the two and reported it to school personnel. The suspect had left the scene by the time police arrived.

He's been identified but not yet questioned or arrested. Police are working with schoool officials to obtain surveillance video as their investigation continues.
