MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan told an enthusiastic crowd that it's time to get America back on track.
Ryan spoke Sunday at a rally at the Minneapolis airport.
The stop is part of a campaign swing that will take him through Ohio and Colorado.
Ryan asked the thousands gathered to support GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, saying Romney is the clear choice and ``this is the most important election in our generation.''
Former President Bill Clinton also campaigned in Minnesota Sunday for Democratic President Barack Obama.
Clinton made a stop in St. Cloud.
Minnesota's 10 electoral votes had been seen as safe for Obama, but a late statewide poll showed his lead over Romney dwindled to within the margin of error.
