An investigation of Dilworth's police chief found no misconduct.

A Fergus Falls law firm investigated allegations against Josh Ebert after six officers signed a letter asking for his resignation, citing "no confidence" in him.

Ebert faced unspecified allegations, involving adminstrative duties such as scheduling, budgeting, leadership and ethics.

Ebert says he's happy with the findings, and looks forward to resolving any remaining issues that led to the investigation.

Ebert was hired last March.
