Parts of the region are in for another visit from old man winter.
Another clipper system could dump heavy snow late tonight into Friday.
A "Winter Storm Watch" is in effect from late tonight through late Friday night for eastern North Dakota and extreme western Minnesota, including the Fargo-Moorhead area.
KFGO forecaster Terry Spies says between 3 and 5 inches are possible locally.
The heaviest amounts are expected in the Devils Lake Basin.
