BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring is urging North Dakota farmers and ranchers to participate in the federal Census of Agriculture.

The census is being mailed this month and must be returned by Feb. 4. People can also fill it out online at www.agcensus.usda.gov.
