Police Arrest Sexual Assault Suspect

Borris Steven Dahn of Fargo was arrested for sexual assault, simple assault, felonious restraint and disorderly conduct.

Fargo police have taken an 18-year-old man into custody in connection with a sexual assault at Davies High School.

Borris Steven Dahn of Fargo was arrested for sexual assault, simple assault, felonious restraint and disorderly conduct.

A 16 year-old female student reported being assaulted by her boyfriend at the school Monday afternoon.

Police say if Dahn is convicted of all charges, he faces a maximum of more than six years in prison.
