Small Fire In Dryer At Cass Co. Jail

Fire crews were on the scene about 45 minutes.

 

 

 

 

Fire in a clothes dryer at the Cass County jail in Fargo Saturday afternoon.

Inmates were placed on temporary lockdown. Jail staff surpessed the fire until fire units arrived.

Smoke had to be cleared from the section of the jail. The dryer overheated, starting laundry inside on fire.
