OJ Simpson Ex-Girlfriend Sentenced For ND Robbery

A Moorhead woman, who was the long-time girlfriend of O.J. Simpson has been sentenced on a felony robbery charge.

 

 

 

 

FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A Moorhead woman, who was the long-time girlfriend of O.J. Simpson has been sentenced on a felony robbery charge.

Christie Prody was given a suspended prison term and two years of supervised probation.

Prody was accused of trying to steal a woman's purse at West Acres in November. She also is accused in Clay County of stealing painkillers from an elderly couple. That case is pending.

Prody and Simpson began a 13-year relationship in 1996, after the former pro football star was acquitted of killing his ex-wife and a friend in 1994 in Los Angeles.
