BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Sen. John Hoeven and fellow Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska are planning a two-day tour of western North Dakota's oil patch beginning Monday.
The senators say they plan to review energy development in the region and meet with community leaders and energy companies about infrastructure needs.
The two senators took a two-day tour of Alaska's oil and natural gas activities on the North Slope last month.
Murkowski is the ranking Republican on the U.S. Senate's Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
